Weird dreams

aren't a very unusual thing for me.. but wow, last nite's were kinda odd.

Okay, so Tori Amos was in my dream (not kidding, ha) and I dreamt I was at this club/nice lounge venue waiting to hear her sing... Somehow, I started to notice she was drinking heavily, and I felt concerned... ha!

Also, I dreamt I lived in a diff. apartment than I actually do, I dreamt I lived in a super shitty, creepy one and I was scrubbing my bathroom and tub out b/c it was unbearably dirty... yikes.(

yeah, my subconscious is odd.

Tori, tori, so weird, lovely and deep

I've been listening to a lot of Tori Amos music lately. I really love most of it, and it's amazing how she can play her piano so exceptionally. I like the weird, sometimes hard to discern poetry in a lot her songs.

plus, I think she (used to) look just like a beautiful and wild siren/mermaid:) lovely.

A Brand New Year...

I can't believe 2010 is already a thing of the past. Sometimes it really astonishes me how fast time can pass us by...

2010 (as I'm sure is true for everyone), was full of many ups and downs for me, but even despite the struggles, I'm pretty sure the *Great* things outweigh the bad.

Here are a few things I'm grateful for from 2010:

1. Meeting and getting to know my AMAZING boyfriend! He's my version of a prince.:)

2. Staying w/ a company for over a year (yay me!) that looks pretty great on my resume.

3. All the cool photos I took from the year.

4. The amazing and suspenseful, ever-addictive DEXTER series! gawww last season was so great.

5. I'm grateful for the 3 yoga DVDS my lovely mother got me for Christmas

6. ~Grateful for my health of course....

7. I'm also very glad and grateful I got to spend time (finally!!) with my older sister, brother in law, and mom over Christmas. was so nice to spend a bit of time w/ my sister.:)
